HDPOCKETDOORS heavy duty pocket door frame for standard 2x4 walls. The 3500-150 series features track and hardware that will easily carry solid core doors up to 150 lbs, universal T floor guide, a manufactured LVL header that will stay straight and flat and 16 gauge ¾" x 1½" steel posts for added strength and stability. The LVL header is fully assembled including the top bracket so that the steel posts along with the bottom brackets can easily be snapped into place for a quick and easy installation. We recommend a solid core door with a maximum 1 3/8" door thickness in the 3500 series for proper clearance inside the pocket.

A Great Experience

This is my second pocket door experience and it is was most pleasurable. The first was just north of a disaster. The difference, a strong frame, a totally clever tee guide, and expert installation advice. I must have called 10 times. Mike patiently answered all my noobie questions.

Precision

It's obvious the HD Pocket door system was designed by a skilled person in the field. It's precise, well thought out, practical, and.built to last. It's as close to perfect as you can get. On top of that, the customer service is top notch. You get what you pay for. This one, is worth every penny. I have not hung the actual door yet, so I'll let you know how that goes.
