HDPOCKETDOORS Top Line Grant Series heavy duty pocket door frame for standard 2x4 and 2x6 walls. The Top Line Grant series features Top Line Grant track and hardware that will easily carry solid core doors up to 150 and 325 lbs., universal T floor guide, a manufactured LVL header that will stay straight and flat and 16-gauge tubular steel posts pocket assembly for added strength and stability. The LVL header is fully assembled with track and hardware including the top bracket so that the steel posts along with the bottom brackets can easily be snapped into place for a quick and easy installation. We recommend a solid core door with a maximum 1-3/8" door thickness in the 3500 series and 1-3/4" door thickness in 5500 series for proper clearance inside the pocket.
