The innovative design allows homeowners to choose between a concealed child or pet gate for everyday use or a full-height pocket door for complete privacy. Unlike traditional Dutch doors, which permanently divide the upper and lower sections of a swinging door, the Dutch Alternative keeps both the gate and the door completely hidden inside the wall when not in use, preserving a clean, uninterrupted opening.
