It's hard to think about all the people that are affected by this virus and what it's doing to all the small businesses and companies around the world. I know that many people are feeling anxious and uncertain about what the future holds, but I wanted to answer a few questions about what our business is doing during this time. Although I would like to be home spending time with my family, I also feel like I need to work while we can work and continue to take care of our customers to the best of our ability.

 

Q: How are the pocket door guys preventing the spread of the pandemic?

A: We are taking all the necessary precautions by washing our hands and keeping our distance by giving coworkers ample space to feel comfortable. We are also keeping our meetings to a minimum and not meeting in groups more than ten people.

 

Q: How is the outbreak of the virus affecting your business?

A: So far our business hasn't been affected negatively. Our customers have continued to order our products, and we are trying to stay ahead of the game. We have had to take extra time to be cautious out of concern for the safety of our employees and take the precautions that allow us to have a safe work environment.

Q: How has this affected your vendors?

A: Our vendors have continued serving us well and are staying in contact with us. We all keep working together to make the best of such difficult times.

 

Q: What is hdpocketdoors doing to stay connected to its customers during this time?

A: We are returning all phone calls and emails promptly and keeping the communication lines open with existing customers and new customers. We are doing everything in our power to have a timely turnaround on orders. We will also continue to post updates on Instagram throughout the week and make the satisfaction of our customers our number one priority.

 

We will continue to take it day by day and do everything in our power to fulfill our orders. We will provide our customers with the service that they deserve and expect from the pocket door guys.
